Delgado in lead for NY-19

POUGHKEEPSIE – Democrat Congressman Antonio Delgado held a slim margin over Republican challenger Kyle Van De Water, according to late-night tallies from, the State Board of Elections.

Delgado had garnered over 47 percent of the vote to Van De Water’s 45 percent.

Absentee ballots must be counted before an official winner is declared.
