Ulster Jail inmate found with drugs in his cell

KINGSTON – Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies have charged a Hurley man, an inmate in the county jail, with the felony of promoting prison contraband after they found green-brown leafy vegetation, as well as clear plastic wrap containing an orange film on him.

The film tested positive for suboxone and the green-brown substance was positive for marijuana.

Scott Chislett, 28, was charged and continued held in the county jail pending arraignment.
