ALBANY – The red-zone positivity in Rockland and Orange counties is down compared to what they were one week before.
In the Rockland County red-zone of Spring Valley and Monsey, the COVID-19 positivity rate on Monday was 2.36 percent. That compared to 2.56 percent on Sunday and 4.54 percent one week earlier.
In the Orange County red-zone of Monroe and Palm Tree, the positive rate of COVID-19 on Monday, was 1.88 percent, compared to 1.54 percent on Sunday and 4.62 percent one week earlier.
The statewide positivity rate excluding the red zones was 1.53 percent on Monday, 1.18 percent on Sunday and 1.06 percent seven days before.
