SAUGERTIES – On Thursday, August 20, 2020, at 3:20 pm, Saugerties Police responded to 142 Burt Street for a report of a fight between neighbors. The altercation led to 38-year-old Natalie Skipp being charged with Harassment in the 2nd degree.
The victim told police that during the course of a verbal altercation, Natalie Skipp punched her in the side of her head with a closed fist. Skipp was subsequently taken into custody and processed on the and then released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Saugerties Village Justice Court on August 31, 2020.
