MOUNT VERNON – On Thursday at 2:27 AM, Mount Vernon Police responded to a reported domestic dispute which led to the arrest of 36-year-old Tony Clark on arson and burglary charges.

When officers arrived at 472 Franklin Avenue for the domestic, the complainant indicated that her boyfriend, Tony Clark, a party to the domestic dispute, was still in the apartment.

As officers attempted to gain access to the apartment with Clark denying entry, they noticed smoke coming from under the door.  The Emergency Services Unit (ESU) made entry and apprehended Clark without incident.  No additional occupants were in the apartment at the time Clark was apprehended.

to call the Detective Division at 914-665-2510.

Clark was charged with the felonies of Arson 2nd and Burglary 2nd.
