Two Plattekill residents arrested on drug charge

KINGSTON – The Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team and Town of Plattekill Police Department have arrested two Plattekill residents following an investigation into illegal drug sales from their residence.

Derick Terry, 30, and Amber Quaglietta, 24, were arrested following execution of a search warrant at 1504B Route 32 in Plattekill on June 15. The search yield heroin, fentanyl, methamphetamines, crack cocaine, pharmaceuticals and packaging material.

Both were charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and the misdemeanor of criminal use of drug paraphernalia. He was also charged with the felony of criminal nuisance.

Both were released with appearance tickets returnable to Plattekill Town Court.
