Roloson and Ventura

TOWN OF LLOYD – The Town of Lloyd police have promoted two of their staff to new positions, according to Chief James Janso. On May 20, Sergeant Phillip Roloson was promoted to lieutenant and Detective Anthony Ventura was promoted to sergeant.

Lt. Phil Roloson started his career with the Town of Lloyd Police in November 2002 as a part-time dispatcher.  Roloson became a full-time dispatcher in 2003, before becoming a part-time officer at the end of that year.  In 2004 Roloson went full-time as an officer, followed by a promotion to detective in 2007, sergeant in 2012, prior to his most recent promotion.

Sergeant Anthony Ventura started his career with the Town of Lloyd Police in January 2012 as a part-time officer before becoming full-time in 2013.  In May of 2015 he was promoted to detective and worked in that position until his latest promotion.

Police Chief James Janso said “Both Lt. Roloson and Sgt. Ventura bring many years of dedication, professionalism, and leadership. Their promotions will help fill open vacancies within the department and they will be an asset to the department as well as the community they serve.”
