MONTGOMERY – A DWI patrol conducted by the Montgomery Town Police on May 15 led to the arrest of a Maybrook man on drug charges.
Town Police arrested Padro Baez, 42, on two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance – one with intent to sell and the other by weight of the drug.
He was also charged with the felony of criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
Baez was released on an appearance ticket to the town court.
