HIGHLAND – A Highland man has been charged with felony arson for allegedly setting fire to a recreational vehicle during a domestic dispute.
Howard Place, 48, allegedly torched a 1995 Sandpiper Cobra RV that was on the property of a residence on Dogwood Knoll Road in the Town of Lloyd.
Place was arraigned and released to reappear in Lloyd Town Court.
The Ulster County Sheriff’s Office was assisted in the investigation by the State Police, Town of Lloyd Police, Ulster County Arson Task Force, and Highland Fire Department.
