CATSKILL – A Catskill man has been arrested and charged with menacing and criminal possession of a weapon in connection with an incident in the Town of Catskill on April 30.
State Police said the incident, at about 12:50 a.m., allegedly occurred 55 South Jefferson Avenue in Catskill. Investigation led to the arrest of Robert Owen, 20.
Troopers from the Catskill barracks said he was charged with the weapon possession crime because of a previous conviction.
