HYDE PARK – State Police at Rhinebeck in conjunction with the Troop K Computer Crimes Unit and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested a 67-year-old Hyde Park man for possessing a sexual performance by a child as a felony.
Michael Terwillegar is accused of possessing and uploading images consistent with child sexual exploitation via the Internet.
He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Hyde Park Town Court.
The investigation stemmed from a cyber tip received by the State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
