The Galleria at Crystal Run & the Poughkeepsie Galleria's hours will be changing on Wednesday.

SYRACUSE – Given the currently evolving circumstances surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19), combined with the restrictions and closures of restaurants, movie theatres, gyms, and more, Pyramid Management Group will be reducing its hours of operation effective March 18, 2020. The reduction in hours is also consistent with the needs of businesses across the Pyramid portfolio that are continuing to stay open.

Until further notice, the properties will only be open Monday through Saturday, 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.

In the Hudson Valley, these changes will affect the Galleria at Crystal Run in Middletown and the Poughkeepsie Galleria in Poughkeepsie.

While efforts to contain COVID-19 continue to evolve, in addition to reducing hours of operation, Pyramid has taken proactive and voluntary steps to address the current situation:

Disinfecting surfaces is one key way to minimize the spread of viruses, according to the CDC. Pyramid’s teams have added additional resources to clean and sanitize their centers and have implemented the use of CDC-recommended cleaning and disinfectant solutions.

Simple personal hygiene is essential to minimizing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Pyramid is actively reminding and encouraging its employees, tenants, and guests to follow CDC preventative measures as part of daily routines including a thorough hand washing.

Pyramid’s announcement said “employees and tenants are at the epicenter of everything we do—their health, safety, and knowledge are absolutely critical.”  Pyramid noted that they are creating visual reminders for following CDC-recommended guidelines for use with their teams.

In a statement, Pyramid management said it “reiterates its commitment to the health, safety, and knowledge of its guests, tenants, and employees. Guests are encouraged to monitor websites and social media for continued communication as the situation changes rapidly.”
