POUGHKEEPSIE – State Police are attempting to identify a man, whose image was captured on a surveillance system in connection with a grand larceny investigation.
In November and December 2019, the man used a stolen debit card to make several unauthorized withdrawals from a victim’s bank account in New Windsor and Poughkeepsie.
He also used the victim’s identity to obtain a personal loan that was then withdrawn from the victim’s account.
The suspect appears to be white, and was wearing a Michael Kors puffy coat with dark colored clothing.
