NEWBURGH – A collision between a motor vehicle and motorcycle at Broadway and Mill Street in the City of Newburgh on Monday sent the operator of the motorcycle to the hospital.
When police arrived on the scene, they found the bike and the operator in the roadway. The operator was transported to Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital before being flown to Westchester Medical Center for further treatment.
The driver of the motor vehicle did not seek medical attention at the scene, police said.
The accident remains under investigation. Police did not specify the time the accident occurred.
