SAUGERTIES – A Palenville man has been arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies on drug charges.
On Friday, January 24 at 7:45 p.m., a deputy stopped Francis Raffiani, 46, for speeding on Manorville Road in the Town of Saugerties. Following the discovery of an open container of alcohol in his vehicle, a further search resulted in the recovery of about 53 grams of cocaine.
He was released with an appearance ticket returnable to town court.
