WHITE PLAINS – A 45-year-old New Rochelle woman has been indicted by a Westchester County grand jury for the attempted murder of a local man in August 2019.

State Supreme Court Justice Barry Warhit presided on Thursday in the case against Autumn Graham.

She was indicted on charges of attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon, all as felonies.

It is alleged that on August 3, 2019, at about 8:45 a.m., the victim left his apartment to go to work. As he walked in front of 345 Main Street in New Rochelle, Graham walked in his direction. It is alleged Graham stopped, stabbed the victim in the back of the left neck/shoulder area and walked away.

Police responded and found the man with the knife still in his back. He was transported to Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx with serious injuries to his spinal cord.
