WAPPINGER – State Police at Wappinger arrested a 51-year-old Poughkeepsie man on Tuesday, December 31, 2019, on a charge of second-degree rape.
An investigation conducted by troopers revealed that Brian Ozzone had engaged in sexual conduct with a 28-year-old Wappingers Falls woman, who was unable to consent.
He is scheduled to reappear in Wappinger Town Court next week.
