TOWN OF POUGHKEEPSIE – A 38-year-old Town of Poughkeepsie man was charged with felony assault on Tuesday, December 3 after he allegedly pushed his 77-year-old neighbor down onto the roadway during an argument.
The elderly man was injured as a result.
Poughkeepsie Town Police arrested Shawn Garrison following the incident and charged him with the crime.
