GREENBURGH – A 38-year-old Equinunk, Pennsylvania man was arrested shortly before midnight on Sunday, November 24 following a traffic stop on the Thruway in the Town of Greenburgh.
State Police said Ravi Gudhka was found to be intoxicated while driving with a 19 and 14-year-old in the car. They were turned over to a responsible party.
Gudhka was taken into custody, transported to State Police Tarrytown headquarters where he refused to submit to a chemical test.
He was later charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, a felony and was turned over to a sober third party with appearance tickets returnable to Greenburgh Town Court.
