CAMPBELL HALL – The Orange County Republican Committee recognized County Executive Steven Neuhaus as the recipient of its Golden Eagle Award on Thursday, November 21 at Otterkill Country Club in Campbell Hall.

Neuhaus was honored for his commitment to serving the residents of Orange County.

Neuhaus was sworn into office on January 1, 2014 after having served as the Chester town supervisor for six years. He was re-elected for a second four-year term as county executive in November of 2017.

“It was great to have my friend, Sheriff Carl DuBois, present the award to me and to celebrate with my peers,” Neuhaus said. “I truly love my job as Orange County executive and appreciate the opportunity to work on initiatives that will benefit county taxpayers.”
