“Operation Fall Cleanup” results in arrest in Highland Falls

HIGHLAND FALLS – An ongoing narcotics investigation dubbed “Operation Fall Cleanup” has resulted in an arrest of a Highland Falls man on drug charges.

At about 5 a.m. on Wednesday, Highland Falls Police and the Orange County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 65 Center Street in the village and arrested Timothy Kyles, 34, on criminal possession of narcotics, criminal possession of a weapon and criminally usually drug paraphernalia.

He was arraigned and committed to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash or $30,000 bond.
