PORT JERVIS – Democratic Port Jervis Mayor Kelly Decker locked up a third term in office by defeated Republican-Conservative David Campbell on Tuesday.

Decker plans on moving forward with the growth the city has been seeing in recent years.

“We have the annexation that is really on the tip of moving forward and that is going to be a very large economic boon both in our commercial and industrial and we have a lot of potential for changes here in the city. The development of Riverside Park along the Delaware River could be another economic boon for the city because of the growing downtown business district,” he said.

Newly elected Councilwoman-at-Large Lisa Randazzo also looks forward to the growth in the City of Port Jervis going forward.
