KINGSTON – Paving on Foxhall Avenue should wrap up by the end of this month.

Milling will begin on or around October 15, weather depending, on Foxhall Avenue from Stephan Street to Hasbrouck Avenue. Paving work will occur the following week and will be completed by October 25, weather depending.

“I am happy to report that our DPW has worked very hard to get the remainder of Foxhall Avenue paved this season,” said Mayor Steven Noble. “DPW crews are currently out working on the sewer line on Foxhall to ensure the sewers are in good condition before paving.”

There will be intermittent traffic detours in place from now through the milling and paving work. Drivers should expect delays or seek alternate routes.

The City of Kingston has created an online hub for all things paving, including a list of streets paved in 2019, photos from current projects, letters to residents regarding upcoming roadwork, and forthcoming projects that involve paving. Visit www.kingston-ny.gov/paving for more information.
