Ellenville man pleads guilty to federal crack cocaine and fentanyl conspiracy

ALBANY – An Ellenville man pled guilty in Albany federal court on Monday to his involvement in a drug trafficking organization that operated in Ulster County.

Luis Curet, 34, admitted that between November and December 2018, he operated a stash house and assisted in the distribution of crack cocaine and heroin laced with fentanyl to street dealers on behalf of the organization.

He faces five to 40 years in prison, supervised release of four years to life, and a maximum fine of $5 million.

The court said Edwin Jorge, 46, also pled guilty and faces up to 20 years in prison and Randy Mandiville, also known and “B-Murda,” 30, also faces up to 20 years in prison.

Still facing charges in this case are Antonio Naveo, also known as “Gratto,” also known as “Green Eyes,” 39, faces between 10 years to life in prison if convicted. Margaret Vandyke, 56, also faces charges and would face 10 years to life in prison.

Also facing charges are Iqwan Mandiville, also known as “Qwan,” 26, and Jennifer McCombs, also known as Jennifer Marks, 49, both face five to 40 years in prison if convicted.

Naveo also faces charges with unlawful possession of a shotgun as a previously convicted felon.
