SAUGERTIES – A Saugerties man was arrested on charges that he engaged in a physical dispute with another man and then took the victim’s vehicle.
The incident occurred on August 20 at 111 Goat Hill Road in the Town of Saugerties where Vincent Debellis, 42, allegedly pushed the victim and then took his car.
Debellis was located and interviewed on August 24. He was arrested the following day on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and harassment.
He was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Saugerties Town Court.
