MONTGOMERY – Town Police in Montgomery have arrested a local man on felony charges of rape and predatory sexual assault of a child.
On August 21, police conducted an investigation into the allegations of a sexual assault that allegedly took place between July and August on more than one occasion and involving a person under the age of 13.
Jeremiah Hochteil, 35, of Montgomery was remanded to the Orange County Jail without bail.
The investigation is continuing with the possibility of other victims, said Investigator Stephen Ragni.
