SAUGERTIES – Saugerties Police responded to a Route 9W address Tuesday morning for a report of a verbal domestic incident. Officers determined that Elizabeth Mack, 38, returned to the victim’s residence, engaging the victim in an argument. The victim said that Mack, whom he has an order of protection against, had left the residence prior to police arrival.
Mack was located and admitted to officers that she had returned to the residence. She was charged with criminal contempt of a court order and sent to the to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $500 Cash Bail.
