GOSHEN- The RDM Group has completed construction of a 117,800-square-foot state-of-the-art industrial space on Police Drive in Goshen and in an effort to attract commercial tenants and new jobs to the site, joined with the Orange County Partnership to promote it.

Industry professionals toured the newly completed structure which is designed for flexibility, with the capacity to be divided into units as small as 20,000 square feet.

The facility is equipped with essential utilities, including municipal water and sewer services, and is powered by natural gas and a 1200 amp electrical service for industrial and manufacturing use.

Conor Eckert, vice president of the Orange County Partnership, expressed his enthusiasm about  the new development.

“We are thrilled to partner with RDM Group to showcase this exceptional industrial building, well positioned to accommodate industrial and manufacturing users,” said Eckert.  “Its strategic location in Goshen and the advanced features it offers make it an ideal choice for companies looking to expand or relocate in the region.  We’re not sitting on the sidelines waiting for this to be leased – we’re finding creative ways to drive activity to the market”.

RDM Group’s Managing Partner, Isaac Neuman said the interest from the commercial real estate community “underscore the potential of this facility.  We are confident that this building will meet the high standards and requirements of modern industrial tenants.”

Each real estate group experienced a customized tour of the building and with both owners and economic developers present, clients were able to touch on topics ranging from building fundamentals to workforce analysis.

Following the success of the open house, officials at the Partnership said their goal is to actively seek to collaborate with developers and brokers to co-host future exclusive economic development open houses to showcase the region’s prime industrial opportunities.
