Paul ” The Pearl” Cecere passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 6, 2021, while having fun with his friends on Greenwood Lake in NY.

Paul was a true “Bronx Boy”.  His love of life and desire to have a  good time was contagious.  He was the life of the party and a teacher to many.  He lit up a room with his antics, always threw the best parties, made the biggest bonfires, and NEVER burned anything down!

He adored his grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.  Paul was the “KID MAGNET”.  He nick-named EVERYONE and passed on priceless advice like “ A lighter and knife is all you need to survive in the wild”.

Paul loved Christmas time and the 4th of July. He had countless campouts with the kids in his living room, rock out parties in his yard, and made the best breakfast on the planet!  Paul would do anything to protect those he loved and appreciated hot women (nurses especially) and long red-polished fingernails.

Paul Cecere.

He was confident and talented a butcher, a baker, a chef, a carpenter and artist, and more.  He could build anything and was ALWAYS willing to do a project for anyone (provided the beers were on ice and music was blasting).  Paul was a true “Ride or Die” and his love for music, a dark suntan, his friends, and his thirst for adventure will be sorely missed.

He is preceded by his Mother Judith Trachtenberg, Father Leonard Cecere, and numerous family members.

Paul is survived by his Daughter Angelica Cecere and two Grandchildren Sabrina (13) and Lucciano(5)  Demarco, his Aunt Philomena Cecere and her family, and Uncle Anthony Cecere and his family, four siblings; Maria Sullivan, Leonard Tirelli, James Tirelli, and Anna-Marie Hessinger.

Ten nieces and nephews; Marc, Michael Kayla Sullivan, Sean, Tyler, and Alexa Tirelli, and Justin “Jug” Gumble, Alana “banana”, Samantha “moo”, and Joshua Hessinger also survive.

He had numerous cousins that were dear to his heart.

An informal memorial will be held and anyone who would like to attend can be present as Paul’s wishes for his ashes will be carried out in the Bronx, NY.  The date and time will be posted on Facebook soon.
