Lauren Lee Chan went home to Jesus in the comfort of her home at 64 years old on May 30, 2023.
Lauren was born to Mui and Yorklan (Yuen) Lee in Hong Kong on November 5, 1958.
In 1997 Lauren married the love of her life Kenneth Chan, her husband of 25 years. Together they had a son, Alexander Chan. She is also survived by her children Tiffany Chan Justice her husband Tim of North Carolina, and Christopher Chan and his wife Connie of California.
Lauren loved to travel the world and make memories with her family. She was a student of life and loved to learn. Lauren fluently spoke Chinese and English and knew French.
Above all, her faith and hope in the Lord defined her love for her Maker.
A heart made of gold, Lauren Chan will be missed by her surviving family, her sisters Wendy Lee, Vicky Lee, Blondie Lee Ramos and her husband David Ramos; her nieces and nephews Nikita Ramos, Katarina Ramos, Konstin lee and Lorina Lee, and her brother Kamman Lee.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, June 8th from 5 – 8 pm at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc. 1089 Main Street, Fishkill. A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 8th at 9 am at the funeral home followed by a burial in Rosedale Cemetery in Linden, NJ.
