It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Carol Lynch, age 76 of Mahopac, NY on March 10, 2023.
Carol was born on June 8, 1946, in Yonkers, NY to David and Ann (Law) Lynch. She graduated high school and went on to get a Bachelor’s Degree. She worked in human resources for MasterCard in Purchase, NY.
Family was very important to Carol. She loved the summer and warm weather; she loved animals, shopping, eating good food and good conversation. She was a member of the Society of Decorative Painters. Her faith was important to her, and she was an active parishioner of St. John the Evangelist Church in Mahopac, NY.
She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved.
Carol is survived by her dearly loved sister, Marie Blum, her much loved niece, Laura Blum and her cherished great nephew, Jacob Gomez.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at Cargain Funeral Home, 418 Route 6 (GPS US-6), Mahopac, NY.
A Funeral Service to honor and celebrate Carol’s life will be held the same day, Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at 12:30 p.m. at Cargain Funeral Home in Mahopac.
Following the service, Carol will be escorted to her final resting place at Raymond Hill Cemetery in Carmel, NY.
