HIGHLAND – A 41-year-old Highland man who is on probation, was arrested on Monday, October 2 when Lloyd Town Police caught him inside the Asian Garden Restaurant on Main Street in Highland in the process of stealing cash.
Police charged Shane Burr with burglary and petit larceny.
Burr was arraigned and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail pending a future court appearance.
