ALBANY – A second-prize-winning ticket for the September 23 Powerball drawing was purchased in Rye. It is worth $1 million.
The ticket was purchased at Chestnut Mart Inc. at 69 Theordore Fremo Avenue in that Westchester County community.
The winning tickets for the Powerball game are drawn from a field of one to 69. The red Power Ball is drawn from a separate field of one to 26.
