EAST FISHKILL – A native of the East African country of Kenya has been arrested after East Fishkill Police investigated a report of the sexual assault of a 16-year-old on July 12. The arrest occurred the following day.
Wycliffe Ouma, 33, was arrested by East Fishkill Police detectives and charged with felony rape.
Ouma was processed at the East Fishkill Police Department and arraigned before East Fishkill Judge Brian Rudner who remanded him to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash bail, $40,000 bond or $200,000 partially secured bond.
