NEW WINDSOR – Three women have been arrested and charged with prostitution and unlicensed/illegal massages being conducted at several locations in the Town of New Windsor.
Town and State Police conducted an undercover investigation on Thursday, June 8 charging the three with unauthorized practice of a profession and prostitution.
None of the women held professional licenses as required by law on each performed on the undercover officers and each solicited the officer for sexual acts.
Arrested were Jung Sook Kim, 62, of Jackson New Jersey at A&A Spa at 357 Windsor Highway; Enshu Kim, 49, of Flushing, at Sun & Moon Spa at 357 Old Forge Hill Road; and Heni Zhou, 41, of New Hyde Park as The Massage Spa at 3141 Route 9W.
Police Chief Dan Valeri said he anticipates additional undercover operations and inspections of those types of businesses in the future. “We will not tolerate this type of activity in this town,” he said.
Town Supervisor George Meyers said if that activity does not stop, “we will be monitoring the license plates of those that patronize these businesses.”
