GOSHEN – A Port Jervis city building inspector pled guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct after being arrested in April 2019 for alleged inappropriate sexual contact.
Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler said David Rivera entered the plea this past May 10 and admitted in open court that he “smacked the ass” of a woman without permission causing no injury.
The court issued three orders of protection in favor of every victim in the case.
