SPRING VALLEY – At least one person was shot at around 8 p.m. Sunday at an apartment complex in Spring Valley.
It happened at the Surrey Carlton Apartments at Slinn and Ewing Avenues.

Ambulance personnel at the scene said one person was rushed to Westchester Medical Center.
Detectives were gathering evidence from both the street and the courtyard with one side of the complex roped off with yellow crime scene tape.
Spring Valley Police were assisted at the scene by Clarkstown Police and the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office.
