BEACON – The Detective Division of Beacon City Police arrested a man following a sexual assault investigation charging him with sexual misconduct as a misdemeanor.
Tenzing Kunga, 35, of Brooklyn, was arraigned with bail ste at $20,000 cash, $40,000 bond or $65,000 partially secured bond.
He was later bailed out and is due back in Beacon City Court at a later date.
