Drugs and weapons seized following execution of Middletown search warrant

MIDDLETOWN – A 30-year-old Town of Wallkill man was arrested on Tuesday evening by Middletown City Police following a month’s-long investigation into the sale and trafficking of cocaine in and around the City of Middletown.

Officers recovered an illegal Ruger 9 mm handgun, a Tristar shotgun, several rounds of ammunition, 4.1 grams of fentanyl, 17.4 grams of crack cocaine, 5.2 grams of powered cocaine, a scale, packaging materials, and over $900 in cash.

Noah Stark-Morris was charged with three counts of drug possession and criminal possession of a firearm.

He was released on his own recognizance since the charges were not bail eligible.
