KINGSTON – A 30-year-old Ulster Park man, who is an inmate at the Ulster County Jail, has been charged with felony assault following an incident inside the jail.
On March 17, Ulster County Sheriff’s detectives learned of an incident that occurred in a housing unit in which William Knox III allegedly became combative and struck and spit on an officer.
Knox remains in jail on unrelated charges and will be brought to county court on the current charge.
