Teens arrested for several New Rochelle robberies

NEW ROCHELLE – Detectives in New Rochelle have arrested two suspects involved in several robberies that occurred in the West End of the city over the last few months.

On March 7 at around 2 a.m., police arrested a 16-year-old New Rochelle boy for a robbery that occurred on February 28.

Later the same day, at about 6 p.m., detectives apprehended a second suspect of the same robbery, who was also involved in another robbery in January.

The investigation is continuing and anyone with information about those robberies is asked to call New Rochelle Police at 914-654-2300.

Police charged the 16-year-old with felony robbery and the 18-year-old-Brandon Scott, with two counts of robbery.
