WALLKILL – Aspire, a new 30,000-square-foot brewery with amenities is expected to open in the Town of Wallkill just inside the main entrance to the Galleria at Crystal Run this spring.

Aspire’s COO Alex Kemp said the facility will include an 8,000-SF brewery, a traditional tap room, and a beer hall with 40 self-pour tap beers as well as ciders and wines.

The facilities will include a game room with an axe throwing area, indoor corn hole gaming, and golf simulators.

Kemp said their $11-$12 million investment will add to the amenities in the region now.  “We have a lot of great neighbors in the area and of course a ton of great breweries in Orange County and the Hudson Valley that we hope to work and collaborate with,” he said.

Orange County Economic Development Director Steve Gross said this project will be another major facility to the area bringing with it new jobs.  “It will bring the craft brewery industry to the next level in Orange County and show off the great opportunities we have in the tourism and hospitality industry,” he said.

County Tourism Director Amanda Dana is thrilled with the project.  “It’s one of its kind. You usually don’t seek this type of development going on and it’s one the Town of Wallkill and Orange County are really going to embrace.

Parth Patel is the president of Aspire that will be the first craft brewery in the town; the adjacent City of Middletown has two breweries within its boundaries.
