BETHEL- The Museum at Bethel Woods was voted in the top five of USA Today’s 10 Best Readers’ Choice travel awards for the category of best music museum. The Museum at Bethel Woods is celebrating its 15th year in operation.
The Museum at Bethel Woods features exhibits of the 1969 Woodstock Music and Art Fair. The exhibits are a preservation of the significance of the Woodstock event as a pivotal moment in a decade of radical cultural transformation. The museum is located on the grounds of this historic Woodstock music festival.
Bethel Woods was named alongside the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Johnny Cash Museum as top music museums.
