NEWBURGH – The State Police Troop F Child Abuse Unit has arrested a Bethel, Connecticut man following an Orange County grand jury indictment for predatory sexual assault of a child.
The arrest of Patrick Lynch, 41, was made in conjunction with Orange County Child Protective Services and Bethel Police after receiving a law enforcement tip in July 2020.
Investigation alleged that Lynch engaged in sexual contact with a child less than 11 years old in the City of Newburgh.
He was arraigned and remanded to the Orange County Jail without bail.
