GREENBURGH – State Police have identified three juveniles who allegedly commitment acts of reckless endangerment after they received complaints of rocks being thrown at moving vehicles on the Sprain Brook Parkway at Payne Street in Greenburgh.
Sixteen complaints of damaged vehicles were received by the troopers beginning just before 9 p.m. on Tuesday, January 17.
Damage from the rocks ranged from flat tires to smashed windshields.
Investigators identified the juveniles on Wednesday and issued each a family court appearance ticket before releasing them to their parents.
