MONTICELLO – A man staying at the Inn at Monticello in the village has been arrested following execution of a no-knock search warrant executed on Wednesday, January 4, Acting Sullivan County District Attorney Brian Conaty said Thursday.
Lito Solis was found in possession of more than eight ounces of crack cocaine and six grams of fentanyl. He was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, as well as other charges.
He was remanded to the Sullivan County Jail without bail.
Solis’ arrest stemmed from an investigation headed up by the State Police Violent Gang Narcotics Enforcement Team with assistance from the DA’s office.
“The quantity of narcotics seized here endangers the Sullivan County community at large,” said Conaty.
