CITY OF HUDSON – Two young people allegedly involved in a home invasion incident at the Hudson Terrace Apartments at 15 Front Street in Hudson have been arrested on burglary and assault charges.
Just before 9 p.m. on November 29, 2022, city police received a call transferred from Columbia County 911 that a woman reported several people broke down her apartment door, entered and attacked her juvenile daughter.
Hudson Police were on the scene immediately and found 15 to 20 juveniles and several adults in the area.
Officers talked to the victim who said she was pulled from her apartment and struck several times. She sustained contusions and complained of head pain, but declined medical treatment at the time of the incident.
Two juveniles were issued juvenile appearance tickets.
The case is still pending, and police ask anyone with information to call the police at 518-828-3388 and speak with a detective.
