Four arrested in Middletown on prostitution charges

MIDDLETOWN – Four people were arrested on Thursday, December 8 as police conducted an operation targeting street level prostitution in the City of Middletown.

The State Police Troop F Community Stabilization Unit and Middletown City Police made the arrests.

David Morocho-Gonzalez, 35, Yosef Kahana, 50, and Jorge Tobon-Reyes, 41, were each charged with patronizing a prostitute. Kahana was also charged with public lewdness.

Shannon Kanoff, 40, was charged with prostitution.

All four were released on appearance tickets pending future court appearances.
