NEW CITY – Six suspected drug dealers involved in street level narcotics sales in the Town of Haverstraw and Village of Spring Valley have been arrested by the Rockland County District Attorney’s Narcotics Task Force.

The task force is comprised of officers from several county police departments and investigators from the DA’s office.

Arrested were:

  • Justin Nichols, 21, of Spring Valley, charged with criminal possession and sale of drugs
  • Felix Del Rosario of Pomona, charged with criminal possession and sale of drugs
  • Duane Thomas, 45, of Nanuet, charged with criminal possession and sale of drugs
  • Diamond Roldan, 23, of Spring Valley, charged with criminal possession and sale of drugs
  • Manuel Molina-Orellana, 45, of Spring Valley, charged with criminal possession and sale of drugs
  • Luis Mazariego-Martinez, 25, of Spring Valley, charged with criminal possession and sale of drugs

“The scourge of fentanyl and other deadly drugs cannot and will not be tolerated in Rockland County,” said DA Thomas Walsh. “Getting these dealers off the street will undoubtedly save lives. This should send a strong message to those selling this poison to our citizens that this office fully intends to prosecute these matters to the fullest extent of the law.”
