MONTICELLO – A Monticello man was arrested on Friday, December 2 in connection with a robbery at the Citgo convenience store at 68 Pleasant Street in the Village of Monticello at 10:45 p.m. on November 21.
Village Police said it is alleged that Nigdrew Reynolds, 29, entered the store at closing time, handed a female clerk a bag and demanded that she fills it with packages of CBD gummies that were located behind the counter.
Reynolds fled with the bag full of gummies valued at about $1,300.
Reynolds was arrested by Monticello Police at the Sullivan County Courthouse on Friday after he had appeared on an unrelated matter.
He was arraigned and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail without bail pending further court action.
